Our Leaders

Our leaders are crucial to delivering an exciting, educational and safe programme for our youth. Leaders often progress through the different Units with their child, so we are always looking for more leaders to ensure that we can continue to operate. No particular skills are required, and it helps to have a diverse team. Scouts Australia is a registered training organisation, so as part of your leadership role you can gain a number of nationally recognised qualifications in business, leadership and outdoor recreation.
